DOWNLOADABLE eBOOKS
Many of the titles that we sell as CD Books are also available as eBooks. This means that it is possible to download a zipped* version of the PDF** file directly from our new website Genealogy Downloads.
There are obvious advantages to downloading eBooks rather than purchasing CD Books by mail order. For example, the cost is normally reduced because of the absence of posting and packing charges. Files can be downloaded quickly - no waiting for the post!
We use a reputable company 
to host our downloadable files.
Payment can be made using Paypal as on this site, but PLEASE NOTE that Genealogy Downloads is an entirely separate website and therefore you will be using a different Shopping Cart from the one used on UK Past.
* Files can be unzipped using standard software such as WinZip. If you do not already have this software, please go to the Winzip website.
** PDF files can be viewed using programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers have this installed already. If not, a version can be downloaded free from Adobe.
