Returns
We hope that you never have to return
any of our books or CD-ROMS, but if you are not satisfied with anything
that you have bought from us, you can return it to the address at the bottom of this page within
7 days of purchase (U.K.) or 14 days (overseas) and will refund your payment in full.
If you wish to return an item, please
contact us first. There may be a way that we can resolve the problem.
If not, we will send you a post paid envelope in which to return your goods.
If you have a technical problem with one of our CDs,
please contact customer services before returning as we may be able to resolve the problem for you.
